Dunbar participated in several phases of major renovations/additions to this historic (1927) 180,000 SF theater with a 3,667-seat auditorium. In stage one, extensive interior renovations were made to the historic theater, seating, support spaces, lobbies, ballroom and restrooms. The Stage House was expanded, including addition of a loading dock ramp, receiving area and freight elevator to accommodate large stage sets. In later stages, renovations included updated catwalks, loading grid, fly gallery, loading gallery, and stage to accept larger loading for Broadway shows. Also included were additions for elevators, restrooms, new seating, reinforcing for new mechanical loads, addition of two exterior marquees and repairs to the minarets.
