About the Project

Feasibility study and renovation of an existing historic 10,600 SF facility serving as a gathering place for the University’s Jewish students. The improvements served to accommodate staff in a more functional setting, as well as attracting students for studying and socializing, and increase student and staff interaction. Improvements were also made to the surrounding site, including a 42″ high site retaining wall and a new pergola.
