About the Project

New 640,000 SF pavilion with 15 stories, four below grade and eleven above grade. Designed to accommodate a future load of an additional seven stories. Includes laboratories, hematology-oncology, surgery suites, endoscopy, imaging, clinics, faculty office, shell space, mechanical penthouse and eight levels of parking with 600 spaces. The facility features a James River theme incorporating elements of nature like light and green space. The Children’s Pavilion also includes new amenities like a sibling center, sky terrace, interactive displays and future retail space.
