About the Project

New 24-story, 560,000 SF hospital, a dedicated inpatient general care facility for children. In addition to clinical and support space, the building includes four levels of parking below ground, a Level 1 pediatric trauma center, outdoor garden spaces, Ronald McDonald House Charities family rooms and child life playrooms. It is attached to the Children’s Pavilion. The Children’s Pavilion and the new inpatient hospital connect on certain floors, including the sky lobby, surgery and emergency department floors. A sky bridge connects the hospital to the medical center’s Gateway Building.
