About the Project

Comprehensive renovation of existing 69,200 SF residence hall to convert it to a living-learning community for 335 students. Addition of community spaces and a unique glass-enclosed stairway features prominently. Renovation includes a faculty apartment, faculty/staff offices, classroom, community living room and faculty meeting area. Re-opened as the Residential Leadership Community.
