About the Project

A new five-story, 151,000 SF residence hall to house 500 students. The first floor includes a Learning Commons, an open space with a variety of seating options and access to WiFi that students use for studying or group meetings. A separate Great Room serves as the central community room with space for over 200 people. The building also includes a “grab and go” dining option.

A land bridge was constructed over Driver Dr. to connect the residence hall with the Skyline section of campus, promoting connectivity to existing residential and dining facilities as well as the University Recreation building. Designed to meet LEED Silver requirements.
