About the Project
Completed construction documents for three multi-story residence halls, the final three phases of creating a new four-building residence hall campus. They are traditional residence halls with two-person rooms and private baths. Framing systems including structural steel, concrete and load bearing cold-formed metal framing.
Phase II – 250,000 SF 10-story; completed 2016
Phase III – 205,000 SF 6-story; completed 2017
Phase IV – 320,000 SF total. 5-story residence hall over 2-story dining hall
