About the Project

New six-story, 69,000 SF mixed-use project was designed to wrap around two existing buildings, including the Blue Moon Diner. The 57 apartments range from studio size to three bedrooms. Amenities include private terraces, a courtyard with an outdoor fireplace, bike storage and onsite secure parking. The interior is organized like an art gallery, the halls on each floor devoted to a different artist’s work. Architectural features include high ceilings and 8-foot-tall windows.
