About the Project

New two story, 47,200 SF senior community center with multiple services, including a cafe, fitness studio, art studio, art gallery/lounge, library, classrooms, game room, conference rooms, 400-seat performing arts auditorium and a primary care clinic. Includes an outdoor covered terrace, open lawn/garden with park benches and a pond. A garden shed will also be constructed. Electricity will be provided by a photovoltaic panel array on the roof.

The Center at Belvedere’s mission is to positively impact the Charlottesville community by providing a supportive environment for social engagement, physical well-being, civic involvement, creativity, and lifelong learning.
