About the Project
New four-story, 53,700 SF building to serve as the home of VPM’s news operations as well as a venue for civic programs and events. In addition, VPM plans to build a new precast concrete parking deck with approximately 75 spaces, and a 1,500 SF, one-story annex building. Due to space restrictions on the site, coordination with adjacent building foundations was required so the facility could be structurally independent of the neighboring buildings.
