Casey W. Horn, PE

B.S.C.E., Virginia Tech, 2009
M.S.C.E., Virginia Tech, 2010

Casey has been with Dunbar since 2011 and has quickly become recognized as a hard worker and a dedicated employee. He chose a career in engineering because numbers are fun and he finds it challenging and rewarding. He especially likes working on multi-story, steel-framed buildings.

When he can find free time, he is a bedroom rock star: he plays guitar and spins records that he collects. He likes many genres of music, but especially 1990’s and 2000’s alternative rock. He also enjoys attending live music events and fishing, but often has to work on house projects and chase his toddler around the house.

Casey has a wry sense of humor and is known as the guy with the “Christmas Story” leg lamp on his desk. He likes watching dumb comedy movies from the 1990’s and eating carrot cake – not necessarily at the same time. He is happily married with a rambunctious son and a stereotypically sweet daughter.
