Lauren Birriel serves as the Director of Marketing and Business Development; she leads the firm’s brand strategy, oversees the proposal and pitch process, and identifies new business opportunities. She works closely with engineers to support their professional growth and amplify the firm’s presence in the marketplace.
With over a decade of experience in business development for professional services organizations, Lauren brings a strategic and collaborative approach to marketing. She also has a background in brand development for small and mid-sized businesses, helping teams communicate their value clearly and effectively.
Lauren earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from Columbia University in 2014. She is based in the firm’s Richmond office.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys traveling, attending live music events, and scuba diving. She lives in Richmond with her husband, Paul Ferramosca, and their two cats, Golgi and Ghost.
