Steve has provided consulting structural engineering services to architects, governmental institutions and agencies, and industry since 1990 at Dunbar. He became a partner in 2004 and is in charge of the Charlottesville office. Steve has served as Principal in Charge of all projects in the office, including higher education, health care, government and municipal facilities, multi-family housing and many other sectors.
